Teen Wolf stars Tyler Posey (Lincoln Heights, Brothers and Sisters) as Scott McCall, an unnoticed outsider yearning to be recognized in some small way to take him out of his typical state of high school anonymity. Usually a bench warmer, Scott with his newfound powers, becomes a first team player for the school lacrosse team, outdoing even the top player Jackson Whittemore, played by actor-model Colton Haynes (The Gates). Sparking the interest of Lydia Martin (Holland Roden, Lost) the most popular girl in school, Scott falls instead for Allison Argent, the mysterious new girl in town played by Crystal Reed (Skyline).
Not only does Scott have to suppress his wolfish instincts and urges, he has to contend with other werewolves, including Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin, Road to Perdition, 7th Heaven), the more experienced and dangerous werewolf thought to be responsible for the life-changing bite. And as the story unfolds, Scott will have to fight a family of werewolf hunters, the leader who turns out to be Allison’s father…
